JWA TECHNOLOGIES began at the request of our customers to fill the role of EXPERT WITNESS early in the 90's.  The primary role is expert testimony in deposition, in hearings, and in court.

However, each case requires research of deposed materials and preparation of a technical case draft  as well as expert opinion statement.  In the role of expert, we have coached legal teams and prepared them to understand the subtleties of technical transactions in Broadcasting or Telecommunications. 

We have educated legal teams to see through "smoke screens" of those who may have attempted to misrepresent technical activities and gain by deception.
